Management Team - Stephen Hearn

Stephen is Global CEO of dmrkynetec; serves on the Global Board and is a member of each of the other regional management Boards. Stephen was a founder of Kynetec Limited in 2002.

A career researcher since 1992, Stephen has a substantial track record in qualitative and quantitative agricultural market research to the crop protection; biotech; and fertilizer industries. Key skills include industry empathy and understanding, an in-depth expertise in the application of market research, and a dedication to improving the dissemination of research through verbal, written and software based communication.

Prior to dmrkynetec and Kynetec; Stephen was a main board Director within a leading specialist market research agency. Stephen holds a BSc degree from London University.
