Beijing and Kuala Lumpur – In response to the increasing demand for market knowledge in Asia, dmrkynetec, the leading global supplier of agricultural market research, announces the addition of two senior researchers to strengthen their established teams in China and Malaysia.

Karin Fries, a highly skilled market researcher with some 20 years experience covering both qualitative and quantitative techniques, joined the Asia team as a director from 1 May 2008.  She will be based in the company’s Beijing office.  Karin has worked for some of the leading companies in the market research industry across a wide range of subject areas.  She will bring additional expertise to dmrkynetec’s strong China team.

Clarence Lim also joined the Asia team in May as director responsible for developing continuous research and farmer panels.  He replaces the previous director, Tony Yee, who left the company in April 2008. Clarence has previous experience with agricultural market research in Asia and will travel extensively throughout the region. He will operate from both dmrkynetec’s KL office as well as a Singapore representative office.
